Leading Saddlebrook Associates is Robbie Sewell, a veteran recruiter who has been in talent acquisition over two decades in integrated delivery systems, international search firms, and since 2008, as CEO and founder of Saddlebrook Associates.
Robbie holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Delivery Systems, graduate certificates in Health Industry Organization/Operations and Managed Care, is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Resume Writer (ACRW), Certified Digital Branding Strategist (CDBS), and Certified Hidden Job Market Coach (CHJMC). She is also a certified administrator of the Multi-Health Systems Emotional Intelligence assessments for individuals and teams, the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360.
